1. What we are

Project eris2u is a secure data connection provider. We operate encrypted network tunnels — nothing more. We do not host content, run applications on your behalf, or act as an internet service provider.

Our product is the connection itself: encryption, account access, and uptime. Everything else that happens over it is yours.

2. No logging

🔒 We keep no logs of any data transmitted across our systems. No browsing history, no DNS queries, no messages, no calls, no files, no packet inspection of any kind. We cannot tell you what you did over the connection, because we never recorded it.

To run the service at all, we keep a minimal set of account facts: your username, the Google email you signed in with, when a session started and how long it ran, total bytes transferred, and the IP you connected from. That is used for billing, expiry, and stopping abuse — nothing else. It is never sold or shared for marketing.

If we are served valid legal process, we can only hand over what we hold. Your traffic content is not part of that, because it does not exist on our systems.

3. Your responsibility

Use the service lawfully. You are solely responsible for what passes through your connection.

Because we do not monitor traffic, we cannot and do not police it. We are not liable for how you or anyone else uses the service, or for any loss, damage, or claim arising from that use. The service is provided "as is", without warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows.

4. Your account

Each subscription runs for its stated term plus any bonus period, and supports two simultaneous connections — install on as many devices as you like, but only two stay connected at once.

Your login is yours alone. We may suspend an account for abuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms.

5. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe on their own hosted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability and monitor the network around the clock, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, and events outside our control can cause downtime.

7. Client software

The client app itself (Cisco AnyConnect / Cisco Secure Client) is third-party software from its own vendor. What that app collects on your device is governed by that vendor, not by us.
